The room was neat and what's more - included a shower and bath sheets. Good choice of food for breakfast, which was OUTSTANDING to satisfy everyone. Location: the hotel was close enough to restaurants as well as Haridwar for one night.

The location of this place is wonderful, close to Haridwar for a night out and near restaurants, in a central spot.

The location was decently situated and the staff was somewhat helpful. The hotel had a somewhat affordable price and was value for money. However, the cleanliness was subpar and left something to be desired. The bedsheets did not seem perfectly clean and the towels had stains.

Bugs and mold infested the room, making the stay arduous.

Our stay was marred by a few issues. The hygiene of the extra mattress and blanket provided was poor and the bedsheets appeared unclean.

I had an amazing experience at Oyo Hotel Ganga Palace. The location was convenient, with easy access to the highway, and the basement parking was a definite bonus. The person at the reception was helpful and polite. The room had a comfortable bed and two cozy chairs where I could relax. The staff, despite their limited English, were friendly and always were pretty good too assist. The food, especially the kadhai paneer, was superb. The highlight was the fine view of the mountains and the Maa Chandi Devi Temple from the hotel terrace. being able to witness the Ganga Ji ki Aarti from the hotel terrace was a blessed experience.

We appreciated the clean room that had comfortable furniture and good facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance with transportation and parking. The hotel offered a good location, making it easy to explore this city. Breakfast was decent and provided us with enough energy for our activities.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
